I've been considering the purchase of some Staub or Le Creuset cookware pieces. I'm torn between the two and I've visited a few websites in order to gain some clarity. However, there have been more than a few heated online discussions regarding the preferred brand. I'm not a gourmet, I just want to make comforting food for my family; particularly a satisfying coq au vin.
